Terms & Conditions – Giveaway
Here you’ll find the terms and conditions for giveaways organized via our “Johnny Who” pages on Facebook and Instagram.
1. The giveaway is organized by ALPEN ADRIA SWIM CLUB (“Organizer”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
2. By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or end the giveaway at any time without prior notice or explanation. Anyone who violates these terms, uses unauthorized means, or manipulates the outcome will be disqualified.
3. The giveaway is open to natural persons residing in Austria, aged 18 or older at the time of entry. One entry per person.
4. The giveaway starts at the time of the respective post on the Johnny Who Facebook/Instagram page. The end date and time are stated in the corresponding post.
5. Participation requires the specific action described in the giveaway post.
If a photo, image, or text is submitted as part of the entry, it must not infringe third-party rights. Only original content created by the participant is allowed.
By submitting, the participant agrees that their content may be published on the Johnny Who timeline, in albums, or featured with credit (name) on our channels. Shared content may also be discussed or linked to by third parties or on our website.
6. The winner will be chosen randomly after the giveaway ends unless otherwise stated (e.g., most likes wins).
7. Entries that violate Facebook/Instagram guidelines, Austrian or EU law, or our netiquette will be deleted and disqualified.
8. The winner will be contacted via direct message, email, or phone. If they don’t respond within 2 days, the prize will be forfeited and no alternate winner selected. There’s no obligation to accept the prize.
9. All data provided will only be used for administering the giveaway and its documentation.
This includes the publication of the winner’s name and profile picture on the Johnny Who Facebook/Instagram pages and website.
The email address will only be used for the newsletter if explicitly agreed to.
Participants can withdraw consent at any time via office@findenig-sports.com
If consent is withdrawn, the participant will be excluded from the giveaway.
10. Legal recourse is excluded. No cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable.
